In Prontera our other services are indoors, a few steps from the arrival point:
- Services hall (door at Prontera 133,183, west of the fountain): the Coin Exchange and Arion Coin Shop, the Vault Keeper (Premium), the Festival Merchant (events), the Sigil Collector, the Veil Archivist (this week's instance affixes), the Veil Cartographer (MVP card exchange), the Vote Clerk, the Stylist and the Reset Girl .
- Smithy (door at Prontera 179,184): the Refine Supplier and the Reckless Refiner .

Stylist
In the services hall , free:
- Clothes colour, hairstyle, hair colour: every step shows on you right away; you keep the one you leave with, and "Back to my old look" undoes it.
- Dressing Room (coming later): the game's own Dressing Room window, where you can put any headgear or garment on your character to see it.
Kafra Employee
The official Kafra services:
- Save your respawn point here, at the town's arrival point.
- Storage for 40 zeny.
- Teleport Service to the official destinations of that town.
- Pushcart rental for 800 zeny (Merchant classes).
Healer
- A full heal of HP and SP, free, once every 10 seconds.
- After the heal, Blessing and Increase AGI (level 10, 4 minutes) for 2,000 zeny.
- With Premium both buffs come with every heal, free and without asking.
Healers also stand in the smaller towns and camps (Einbech, Manuk, Splendide, Moscovia, the Thor and Midgard camps and others).
