Daily quests
Three researchers, three dungeons, and a pile of EXP.
Three NPCs ask high-level players to hunt monsters in dungeons that other quests rarely send you to. Each quest is a plain "kill this many, come back" job. Nothing here gives items. The reward is EXP only.
All the quests can be done again. After you hand one in, it opens again at 04:00 server time. The wait ends at the next 04:00, not four hours after the hand-in.
Nillem, the court wizard (Level 175)
Find Magician Nillem in Glastheim at . Below level 175 he only asks you to come back when you are stronger.
Pick "Let's go!" and he opens a crack in time that takes you to the Abyss Glastheim Castle F1. A second Nillem stands inside at and brings you back out. The monsters you hunt live in that castle.
Take a request from the outside Nillem. Come back to him with the monsters dead and pick the same request to get paid.

Lily Blanc (Level 175)
Lily Blanc waits on the El Mes Plateau at . Below 175 she says the guards will not let you in. The monsters live on Nogg Road F3.
You can take her four requests in any order. The first time you finish one counts as the quest itself, and later times it is a repeat of it with the same targets and the same reward.

Sally in Einbech (Level 180)
Apprentice Researcher Sally stands in Einbech, the mining village, at . She needs level 180. Her five requests send you to the Einbech Mine 3F. Pick a request, kill the targets, then talk to her again: she pays out whichever are done.
