Tutorial - Mercenary for Hire: Talk to the Tutorial Instructor upstairs in the Eden Group headquarters (34,178) and choose 'Sure, I can help out!'.
Tutorial Instructor: -
Hire a mercenary: Hire a mercenary from a Mercenary Manager: Prontera (41,337, Spear), Izlude (47,170, Sword) or Payon Archer Village (99,167, Bow). A 1st grade mercenary needs base level 15 and 7,000 zeny. Go back to the Tutorial Instructor while it is with you.
Mercenary Manager: -
Quest Window Check: Talk to the Tutorial Instructor, choose 'Yup!' and type what your Quest Window asks for: 10 Jellopy.

Window Shopper Catalogue: Buy a Universal Catalog Silver from the Catalog Magician in the headquarters (22,16) for 200 zeny and show it to the Tutorial Instructor.

Search the shops: Use your Universal Catalog Silver until none is left in your bag (each one searches the shops on your map 10 times), then talk to the Tutorial Instructor.

Enchanting Items: Bring 10 Jellopy to the Tutorial Instructor. He lends you three Tutorial Mantles: one with STR +3, one with a card slot and a plain one.

Enchanted Items: Look at the three mantles, then talk to the Tutorial Instructor, choose 'Yes, thank you.' and give them back. Reward: 5,000 base and 2,500 job experience.

Once more: 20 hours after you finished, ask the Tutorial Instructor 'Can I do the same quest again?' and choose 'Yes' to start over.
