What you need before you start: 20 Red Blood (Fire), 20 Green Live (Earth), 20 Wind of Verdure (Wind) or 20 Crystal Blue (Water), plus 1 Payon Solution and 1 Morocc Solution.

Choose an element: Talk to Mischna and choose Fire, Earth, Wind or Water Elemental Change. You need the matching Endow skill (Endow Blaze, Quake, Tornado or Tsunami). You can learn only one of the four, and you cannot change it later. He lists what to bring.

Bring the items: Talk to Mischna with 20 Red Blood and Fire, 20 Green Live and Earth, 20 Wind of Verdure and Wind, or 20 Crystal Blue and Water, plus 1 Payon Solution and 1 Morocc Solution. He takes them and teaches you the skill. Reward: The Elemental Change skill of your element.
