Meet Essofeit: Talk to Essofeit Lageiya, a Knight of the 7th Division (the NPC is named Knight). He suggests a tour of the 7th Division's training ground.

Watch the training: Walk to the training ground in Prontera. Step into the area and watch the Knights train.

The Grand Master: Talk to the Grand Master of the training.

Zabi: Talk to the Knight Zabi (the NPC is named Knight).

Gon: Talk to the Knight Gon (the NPC is named Knight).

Jiya: Talk to the Knight Jiya (the NPC is named Knight).

Back to Essofeit: Talk to Essofeit again. He complains about how knighthood has changed.

Bring the items: Talk to Essofeit with 5 Candy Cane and 3 Witherless Rose. He takes them.
