New Surroundings (Ash-Vacuum camp)

Instructor Lugen: Instructor Lugen of the federal survey team asks if you want to join the survey. The broken post: Diego near the barracks tent has kicked a support post and broken it. Diego needs 20 Ordinary Branches (from the trees west of the camp) and 20 Strong Vines (from the plants east of the camp) to fix it. Take the materials back to Diego; Diego holds the post up while you repair it. Diego · Midgard Expedition Camp 266/263

Mend the posts: Repair the two broken posts: attach the branches, then tie the vine in a good knot. Do this at both posts beside the barracks tent, and tell Diego when you are done. The second post stands at 267,258. Post · Midgard Expedition Camp 267/263

A thank-you: Diego thanks you with five Chocolate Pies and sends you to the barracks to rest. Diego · Midgard Expedition Camp 266/263 Reward: 5 Chocolate Pie.

Supply run: Lugen asks you to distribute supplies from the motherland. Go to Marian and pick them up. Instructor Lugen · Midgard Expedition Camp 261/284

A letter for Otto: Lugen sighs about a friend who came to the camp together with Lugen and was sent far away. Offer to help and you are given a letter to deliver to Otto, who works on the barrier in the west. Declining only repeats the conversation; if the letter is lost, Lugen writes another. Instructor Lugen · Midgard Expedition Camp 261/284

Otto: Deliver Lugen's letter to Otto at the western barrier. Otto is doing fine, gives you a letter in return and says a visit to Lugen is overdue. Otto · Midgard Expedition Camp 123/290 Reward: Chocolate Pie.
