The field overseer: Talk to Zelmeto, the field overseer, inside the Einbroch factory (ein_in01, 67,242). He complains that the factory is short of workers and badly kept. Say you can help and he sends you to look at the 2nd control panel, which has been broken for a long time. No level limit. Starts quest log 8017, 'Factory Inspection'.

The 2nd control panel: Inspect the 2nd Control Panel (ein_in01, 49,232). It is broken, as he thought.
2nd Control Panel: -
The pressure governor: Report to Zelmeto, who wants the middle automatic pressure governor looked at next. Inspect the 3rd Pressure Governor (ein_in01, 108,217): it runs, but grinds and has loose screws. Talk to Zelmeto first or the governor does nothing. Same rule for every inspection below.
3rd Pressure Governor: -
The main control panel: Report to Zelmeto again, then inspect the Main Control Panel (ein_in01, 62,258). It sounds hollow when tapped, as if parts are missing.

The conveyor: Back to Zelmeto, then inspect the Conveyor (ein_in01, 46,197). It moves jerkily and its screws are loose.

The pipe: Report again, then look at the Pipe beside the molten-metal cauldrons (ein_in01, 100,266). It is bloated and worn from too much pressure.
Pipe: -
The second conveyor: Zelmeto sends you to the big, heavily used machine somewhere in the building. It is the Conveyor at ein_in01, 95,239, in the same state as the first.

The report: Tell Zelmeto what you found. He says he must ask the superintendent for a budget to repair everything.

The superintendent: Walk up to Liotzburg in the streets of Einbroch (einbroch, 132,84). He refuses the repair budget: no problems so far, so why spend money. Walking close is enough, the dialog starts on its own. He answers when you stand within two cells. Quest log 8030.
Liotzburg: -
No budget: Go back to Zelmeto. He is frustrated and says that for 20 Flexible Tube, 10 Rusty Screw and 10 Used Iron Plate he could do the repairs on his own, but there is no money for them.

Materials for the factory: Bring Zelmeto 20 Flexible Tube, 10 Rusty Screw and 10 Used Iron Plate. Choose to give him the materials. He takes them, thanks you and gives a motivational speech, then pays you in base EXP by your base level. He takes all three items. Quest log 8031 completes. Reward: base EXP by base level (renewal): under 41 61, 41-50 307, 51-60 660, 61-70 1,850, 71-80 3,206, 81-90 7,602, 91 and up 29,067.
