There is no job changer for 4th classes on ArionRO. You earn the change in the story, then take it at one NPC: the Ascendant Gate .
What you need

When you meet all of this, a purple mark shows on your minimap at the Gate.
How it works
- Talk to the Ascendant Gate.
- It tells you which 4th class your 3rd class becomes. There is one path per class, no choice.
- Pick Ascend and your job changes at once.

Other classes, baby 3rd classes included, have no 4th path here, and the Gate says so.
If the Gate turns you away
- "I hear no resonance in you yet": you have not finished The Veil Chronicle. The last step, "The Awakening", starts at the Veilbound Oracle in the Verus expedition camp from base level 175.
- "Reach your third class first": you are not a 3rd class yet.
- "Come back at Base Level 200 and Job Level 70": the story is done, the levels are not.
What a 4th class opens
- Mythic instances need a 4th class. See Difficulty and affixes.
- Heroic and Mythic both need The Veil Chronicle, so the Gate and the Mythic tier share the same story gate.
