MVP hunting

MVP up/down notices, the Premium minimap marks, and the MVP Footprint: a sure way to a chosen MVP card.

Updated 4 October 2026mvpmvp cardfootprintveil cartographerpremium
MVP cards still drop from the MVPs as usual. On top of that, every MVP kill gives you a sure path to a card of your choice.

MVP Footprints

Every time you land the killing blow on an MVP, you get 1 MVP Footprint and a chat line.
  • Footprints are bound to you: you cannot trade, sell, mail or drop them.
  • Because they cannot be traded, everyone has to earn their own.
  • It works on any monster that pays MVP EXP.

The Veil Cartographer

MVP up or down

When you enter one of the 63 MVP maps, a line tells you whether the MVP is on the map or has been defeated and has not returned yet.

With Premium

Premium adds a live minimap view:
  • While the MVP lives, a red mark on your minimap follows it.
  • When it dies, a blue mark shows its tomb, and a line says how long ago it fell and the earliest time it can return.
The tomb mark is the MVP's last position, at most 5 seconds old. The respawn time is the earliest possible; the real return can be later.
