Hoyoyo: Snowflower Petal shops
"Exchange snowflake petals" needs Issgard reputation. At exactly 1,000 points Hoyoyo opens the first list; above 1,000 the second list adds a healing item and two costumes.

Maram: Snowflower gear
"Look at armor". Ten pieces, 100 Snowflower Petals each. Maram also sells tools and Dim Glacier weapons for zeny, and buys your loot.
Vellgunde: Snowflower and Glacier enchants
"Snow Armor, Glacier Enchant" opens Vellgunde's enchant window for Snow Flower Armor/Robe, Cloak/Muffler, Boots/Shoes, Pendant/Necklace, Ring/Earring and Glacier weapons. The window shows the materials and chances. Her Ice Fire extraction comes in a later update.
Forr: Dim Glacier materials
"Exchange materials." Forr turns ores, petals and Amethyst Fragments into Dim Glacier materials and extracts. "Awaken Dim Glacier's potential" opens Forr's enchant window for Dim Glacier weapons.
Lunch: transformation scroll
Lunch (there once your story reaches him) makes a transformation scroll.

Closet
Hoyoyo's closet opens your storage for 500 zeny, so you don't have to leave the castle.
How a barter shop works
Pick the item, check the cost under it, set the amount and press Buy. The materials leave your bag and the item arrives. Without all the materials the trade is refused and nothing is taken.
