Meet Meow: Talk to Meow, a Wizard who was turned into a cat. He explains Sight Blaster and sends you to learn how to push enemies away from a Knight in the Prontera Chivalry.

Ask Simon Mayace: Talk to Simon Mayace and ask about pushing enemies back. He explains the technique.
Simon Mayace: -
Back to Meow: Talk to Meow again. He wants tuition: 10 Crystal Blue, 10 Green Live, 10 Red Blood and 10 Wind of Verdure.

Pay the tuition: Talk to Meow with all of those items. He takes them, teaches you Sight Blaster and makes you practise it. Reward: The Sight Blaster skill.
