Three races open on launch day. Reach a race's cap and you finish it: the very first finisher wins the race, and the first character of each class wins that class. Winners get the race's title (achievement window, Titles tab); every finisher is listed on the Hall of Fame (ro.arionword.com/hall-of-fame) in finishing order, with the time.
| Race | Cap | Who runs it | Closes (end of day, server time) | Title |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Road to 99 | Base 99 / Job 50 | 2nd jobs (also transcendent), Super Novice, Gunslinger, Ninja, Summoner | 31 March 2027 | Trailblazer |
| Threshold of the Fourth | Base 200 / Job 70 | 3rd jobs, Kagerou, Oboro, Rebellion, Star Emperor, Soul Reaper, Expanded Super Novice | 31 July 2027 | Pathbreaker |
| Vanguard Race | Base 250 / Job 50 | 4th jobs | 31 December 2027 | Vanguard |
Rules
- You finish the moment a level-up (base or job) puts you at or above both caps while your class runs in that race. A character can finish each race once.
- One win per account per race. A second character of the same account can still finish and is listed, but the class win goes to the next account.
- A transcendent 3rd job is the same class as its 3rd job (a Rune Knight from a Lord Knight and one from a Knight share one class win). In the Road to 99, a transcendent 2nd job (Lord Knight) is its own class.
- A riding character counts as its class (a Rune Knight on a dragon is a Rune Knight). Bard and Dancer, Kagerou and Oboro are separate classes.
- Staff and test accounts never count. Premium players count like everyone else.
- Finishes after a race closes are not recorded. A finish that breaks the rules (bots, shared accounts) can be removed by staff; the win then goes to the next finisher of that class from that moment on.
The prize is the name, not power: no gear, no refine, no stat items.
