A clinic for the village: Talk to Ezekiel in Gray Wolf Village. He wants to build a small modern clinic, but the village elders will not hear of it. Agree to speak to them for him.
Ezekiel: -
The elders: Talk to the Old Man with the elders. They say the village survived without outside comforts and an outsider has no say in it.
Old Man: -
Back to Ezekiel: Tell Ezekiel what the elders said. He will build anyway, but Steel is hard to get out here, so he asks you to bring some.

Steel for the clinic: Bring 3 Steel to Ezekiel.

The first patient: Talk to Ezekiel once more. The clinic is open and he is already treating an injured villager. The daily Shortage of Supplies opens right away. Reward: 7,769,124 base EXP, 3,000,000 job EXP, 20 Amethyst Fragment, 100 Gray Wolf Village reputation.

Opens again at 04:00 server time (CET/CEST) after you hand them in. Your Gray Wolf Village reputation reaching 1,000 moves the main story on; Ezekiel's first finish counts 100 and each daily 30. Reward: 18,252,408 base EXP, 2,000,000 job EXP, 3 Amethyst Fragment (4 from 5,000 reputation), 30 Gray Wolf Village reputation.
