The detecting poles: Show Karacas the stones. He names the four Spirit Detecting Staffs: Thor's Volcano, the Ice Cave, Mjolnir's Dead Pit and the Gonryun dungeon.

Three reagents: Feed 3 elemental stones into a Spirit Detecting Staff for a reagent (each staff makes at most 2 kinds, so visit several). Bring Karacas a Clear, a Red and a Black Reagent. The other staffs: Ice Cave (ice_dun01 274,274), Mjolnir's Dead Pit (mjo_dun03 200,141), Gonryun dungeon (gon_dun02 195,190).
