Finding Lights: Talk to Ellond Lawrence and choose 'To the Underground Dungeon...' to go down to the Prontera Prison Cell. Talk to Prisoner 95EB72 (95,72). Choose 'Approach closer.' and 'By the way, didn't you just cringe?' (this also counts as your Sector E visit).
Prisoner 95EB72: -
Bring a Bright Light: Large torches burn around the prison cells. Choose 'Collect the light.' at one torch after another: the light often scatters, so keep trying until you get a Bright Light. Bring it to Prisoner 95EB72. Reward: 4 Tokens of Honor, 700,000 base and 500,000 job experience.
-
Daily: Finding Lights (Repeat): Talk to Prisoner 95EB72 again and choose 'Okay...'. You can do it once a day: the next one opens after 04:00 server time (CET/CEST). After that, your first talk only clears yesterday's quest; talk once more to get today's.
