Join the team: From base level 100, talk to Commander Joel inside Prontera (prt_in, 136,34) and choose 'I'm joining'. His team members wait in the Illusion dungeons with hunts that pay a lot of EXP once a day. Terrian (Prontera Field, from base level 170) is a team member too, but no monsters live on the Twisted Labyrinth Forest yet, so that hunt cannot be finished.

Lister's hunt: From base level 180, talk to Lister in the Deep Sea Cave (iz_d04_i) and choose 'Participate': defeat 100 monsters on the floor below (iz_d05_i), then report back to Lister. The hunt opens again at 04:00 server time; talk to Lister after that for the next one. Reward: 65,000,000 base EXP and 45,000,000 job EXP.

Cassis's hunt: From base level 160, talk to Cassis in Luanda, the North Cave (com_d02_i) and choose 'Participate': defeat 100 monsters in Luanda, the North Cave, then report back to Cassis. The hunt opens again at 04:00 server time; talk to Cassis after that for the next one. Reward: 29,000,000 base EXP and 19,600,000 job EXP.
