Walkthrough

Meet Pisruik: Talk to Pisruik in the Yuno laboratory, once for him to notice you and once more. Choose "What are you working on?". He asks you for 5 Yellow Gemstone, 4 Empty Potion Bottle, 10 Heart of Mermaid and 10 Moth Dust.
Pisruik: -
Bring the items: Talk to Pisruik. He has forgotten the list, so pick the menu options that match your list: the Yellow Gemstones, the Hearts of Mermaid and then the Moth Dust. Then answer "Yes!". A wrong answer ends the talk, try again. With everything in your bag he takes it. Say "Medicine?" or "Bomb?", it does not matter.

Agree to help: He asks you to fetch more. Choose "Sure, I'll help you", or "What's in it for me?" and then "Alright, I'll help you". If you say you are too busy, talk to him again and ask "Can I still help you?".

Maneater Blossoms: Bring 20 Maneater Blossom to Pisruik. He thanks you.

One more blossom: Talk to him once more: he miscounted and needs 1 more Maneater Blossom (21 in all). Bring it. His experiment explodes and his glasses break.

Lend him glasses: Talk to Pisruik with 1 Geek Glasses in your bag and choose "Let him try a pair of your glasses". The glasses are used up. Without glasses nothing happens.

Learn the research: Say "Sure!" when he offers to teach you. He gives you the Elemental Potion Creation Guide. If you said no, talk to him again and choose "Yes!". If you lose the guide he will not write another. With the guide in your bag (it is not used up), Pharmacy can make 4 potions: Fireproof Potion (2 Frill, 1 Red Gemstone, 1 Empty Potion Bottle), Coldproof Potion (3 Heart of Mermaid, 1 Blue Gemstone, 1 Empty Potion Bottle), Earthproof Potion (2 Large Jellopy, 1 Yellow Gemstone, 1 Empty Potion Bottle) and Thunderproof Potion (3 Moth Dust, 1 Blue Gemstone, 1 Empty Potion Bottle).
