The coughing man: In a building in Einbroch (16,36), a man coughs blood and says he ran out of his medicine. Offer to help. He asks you to go to his home in Hugel, ask his wife Siria for the medicine, and tell her nothing else. Pick 'Help him'. 'Leave him' ends the talk and nothing is stored.
Morriphen: -
Siria in Hugel: Visit Siria in her Hugel home at (326,307) and ask for the medicine. She has run out too and sends you to Mo's friend Dono in Lighthalzen. She is weak, so offer to go instead.
Siria: -
Dono needs ingredients: In Lighthalzen, find Dono at (88,79). He has too little medicine for two people and wants you to bring the ingredients for more.
Dono: -
The ingredients: Bring Dono 3 Detrimindexta, 5 Coal, 5 Brigan, 5 Cyfar, 1 Unripe Apple, 20 Shells and one each of Red Herb, Yellow Herb, White Herb, Green Herb and Blue Herb. The test of his mixture fails, so he sends you on to Makkie. All items must be in your bag at once; Dono takes them in one go.

Red powder from the pub: Go into the pub in Lighthalzen and ask Makkie for Red Plant Stem Powder. While he prepares it he tells you about the old research days. Take the bag. Reward: 1 bag of Red Plant Stem Powder.
Makkie: -
The medicine is ready: Bring the powder to Dono. It turns the mixture red and the medicine is done. He will not admit that he cares, and asks you not to repeat his grumbling to Mo.

Back to Einbroch: Return to Morriphen in Einbroch and give him the medicine. He wakes up, but Siria needed some too, so he sends you to Hugel with another dose.

Medicine for Siria: Take the medicine to Siria in Hugel. She is nearly unconscious when you arrive, and recovers after taking it. Reward: base EXP 30,000.

The whole story: Tell Morriphen that Siria is fine. He tells you how he and Siria escaped from the Rekenber lab and came to Hugel, and thanks you for everything. Reward: base EXP 70,000.
