The crying sailor: Talk to Cleanyang, the crying sailor cat on the ship Navi (mal_in02, 76,63). You need base level 60 and some free pack space. Answer 'Cheer him up.', 'They?' and 'Asking for the place of vermin came.'.

Where the bugs come from: Search the ship Navi (mal_in02) for the hidden hard biscuits: the pile of junk in the captain's room (29,67), the meeting floor (183,49) and the bed room (103,22). Each spot gives one Cat Biscuit. Then take them to Cleanyang (76,63). Some spots can chase you off, so try again. You need all three biscuits before Cleanyang accepts the proof.

To Chef Nyas: Show a Cat Biscuit to Chef Nyas on the ship Navi (mal_in02, 187,58). Choose 'Show the cat's ship biscuit.'.

Wait for the chef: Chef Nyas is furious. Come back and talk to him again; he calms down on about one visit in three. He asks for 10 Bag of Grain and 1 Savory Sauce to bake new cat biscuits.

New menu: Wait for about 4 hours (the timer in the quest log), then tell Cleanyang (mal_in02, 76,63) about the new menu. Pick any answer to calm him down. Reward: 30 Malangdo Canned Specialties and base and job experience.

Cat biscuit hunt: Repeatable. After the timer in the quest log (about 4 hours), talk to Cleanyang (mal_in02, 76,63), choose 'It's time to promise~' and then 'Try to search today.'. Search the hiding places for Cat Biscuits and report with 'I'm here to see the result~'. Hiding places on the ship Navi: captain's room (29,67), meeting floor (183,49), bed room (103,22). On Malangdo: dark weeds (141,178), piles of sand (133,134) and (197,237), under the stairs (232,131). In the building at mal_in01: corner tower (74,20), corner locker (159,225), foothold tower (24,72). Some spots hide a Quick Dark Shadow instead of a biscuit. Collect every spot for experience and 10 Malangdo Canned Specialties. Reward: 10 Malangdo Canned Specialties and experience.
