You earn Festival Token at the rotating events (Invasion, Treasure Hunt and Veil Rift), up to 60 a week per account. The cap resets Monday 00:00 server time (CET).
The Festival Merchant spends them. He stands in Prontera's services hall (door at Prontera 133,183).
Everything he sells is bound to your account.
Costumes
The wings at the bottom cost 240 tokens, about four weeks of events at the weekly cap.
Seasonal looks
Each of these is on sale only in its calendar month (server time, CET), for 180 tokens.
Consumables
Battle Manual or Bubble Gum for 15 tokens each. You can buy 2 a week per account in total. New stock on Monday.
Festival Ledger
Tokens you spend here during a calendar month count toward the Ledger. At each step you get a bonus costume once, and the Ledger starts over each month.
