The ghost on the ferry: Talk to Pedro the Sailor at Port Malaya (malaya, 326,68). You need base level 100. Choose 'I'm listening.' to hear why the ferry cannot sail.
Pedro the Sailor: -
Board the ferry: Go aboard the haunted ferry (ma_in01, 125,107) and walk up to the Ghost Diwata. Answer her and she throws you back out to the port. Before this she throws you out right away: talk to Pedro first.
Ghost Diwata: -
Ask the Mumbaki: Tell Pedro what happened if you like, then ask Leader Phong in Mumbaki for advice (malaya, 185,358). He suggests a bouquet for the angry soul.
Leader Phong in Mumbaki: -
Flowers for a bouquet: Collect 3 Mysterious Flower, 3 Elegant Flower and 3 Beautiful Flower (Engkanto drops them) outside the village and bring them to Leader Phong (malaya, 185,358). He ties and blesses an Offering Bouquet. Reward: 1 Offering Bouquet.

Offer the bouquet: Go back onto the ferry (ma_in01, 125,107) with the Offering Bouquet. Throw it or slide it to the Ghost Diwata. Without the bouquet she throws you out.

Pedro's thanks: Tell Pedro the Sailor (malaya, 326,68) that Diwata is calmer. Reward: Lesser Agimat, 200,000 base and 200,000 job experience.

Keep Diwata calm: Once a day (the daily reset is 04:00 server time) Pedro (malaya, 326,68) asks for another bouquet. Collect 3 Mysterious Flower, 3 Elegant Flower and 3 Beautiful Flower (Engkanto drops them), have Leader Phong (malaya, 185,358) bless them (pick 'Bless flowers...'), give the bouquet to Ghost Diwata (ma_in01, 125,107), then report to Pedro for the reward again. Before the reset Pedro takes you to Izlude for 1000 zeny instead. Reward: Lesser Agimat, 200,000 base and 200,000 job experience per day.
