Chungwolmang is a traditional mask craftsman standing in Payon. Win his trust with a lucky charm and a delivery of crafting stock, and he will make you one of three masks: the Hahoe Mask, the Bride Mask, or the Mythical Lion Mask. You pick which one, then bring that mask's materials.

Earning his trust (do this first)
Before he will craft anything, Chungwolmang needs two favors, in order:

Give him the Four Leaf Clover first. He then asks for 500 Log and 10 Elastic Band. Deliver those and he reveals he is a mask craftsman, then lets you choose a mask.

Step by step
Give Chungwolmang a Four Leaf Clover.
He is desperate for a little luck. Hand over 1 Four Leaf Clover (Four Leaf Clover) and he perks up, then asks for crafting stock.
Deliver 500 Log and 10 Elastic Band.
Bring 500 Log (Log) and 10 Elastic Band (Elastic Band). When you hand them in he offers to make a mask and asks which of the three you want. Decide before you farm the next part -- each mask needs a different material set.
Bring your chosen mask's materials.
Gather the materials for the mask you picked (tables above) and return. He takes the materials and crafts the mask immediately.
