Ipore is a Geffen wizard who found a spell to grow mushrooms on a person's head. He says it would start an art revolution. Bring him 300 Mushroom Spores and he will cast the spell on you. A mushroom grows, he turns it into a headband so you can adjust the angle, and off you go. No level requirement, no zeny cost.

💡Spores and Poison Spores are low-level monsters found in Payon Dungeon floor 1 and the forest fields around Payon. They drop Mushroom Spores at a reasonable rate. Farm there until you hit 300.
Talk to Ipore in Geffen.
Ipore stands on the west side of Geffen. He will tell you about his mushroom-growing magic and what it needs.
He asks for 300 Mushroom Spores so he can fuel the spell. He will wait for you here.

Spores tend to be more common and easier to kill at lower levels. Poison Spores are slightly stronger but drop the spore at a similar rate.
You can also find them at the player market if farming feels slow.
Return to Ipore with 300 Mushroom Spores.
With all 300 spores in your inventory, talk to Ipore again. He pours the spores on your head, casts his spell, and a mushroom grows. He then admits it grew at the wrong angle, converts it into a headband so you can tilt it yourself, and hands it over.
