Glast Heim: Churchyard and St. Abbey

The Undead-heavy church zones (gl_church, gl_chyard). Evil Druid casts element-swap on players; Dark Priest is the main mob. MVP Dark Lord drops the all-element damage reduction card. Levels 75-100.

Two connected Undead-heavy zones in Glast Heim: the St. Abbey (gl_church) and the Churchyard outside it (gl_chyard). The Churchyard is home to the MVP Dark Lord, one of the most valuable card sources in the mid-game.

Access

Both zones are accessed through the interior of Glast Heim castle.

St. Abbey (gl_church) -- Levels 75-85

The interior of the ruined church. Almost entirely Undead-race monsters.
| Monster | Level | Element | Amount | Notes | |---------|-------|---------|--------|-------| | Evil Druid (Evil Druid) | 80 | Undead 4 | 85 | Main mob, casts buffs | | Wraith (Wraith) | 77 | Undead 4 | 78 | | | Mimic (Mimic) | 56 | Neutral 3 | 12 | Chest ambush |
Recommended level: 75 to 90.
Evil Druid is the dangerous mob here -- it can cast Stone Curse and more importantly, it can change your character's element to Undead 1, making you immune to Heal spells. If you are playing a Priest or have a healer in your party, keep Dispell or Cure ready.
⚠️Evil Druid's "Undead Blessing" changes a player's element to Undead 1. While Undead-elementd, Heal deals damage to you instead of restoring HP. Priests must Dispell this immediately.
Wraith is a simple Undead 4 mob. Holy element attacks hit both Evil Druid and Wraith for bonus damage.
💡Bring Holy Water for solo play -- using it on yourself prevents the Evil Druid element change. Alternatively, stack enough MDEF to resist Stone Curse.

Churchyard (gl_chyard) -- Levels 80-100

The outdoor graveyard area. Denser population of Dark Priest and Wraith, plus the MVP Dark Lord.
| Monster | Level | Element | Amount | Notes | |---------|-------|---------|--------|-------| | Dark Priest (Dark Priest) | 98 | Undead 4 | 95 | Main mob, magic attacker | | Wraith (Wraith) | 77 | Undead 4 | 55 | | | Evil Druid (Evil Druid) | 80 | Undead 4 | 15 | | | Mimic (Mimic) | 56 | Neutral 3 | 4 | | | Hunter Fly (Hunter Fly) | 63 | Wind 2 | 4 | | | Dark Illusion (Dark Illusion) | 96 | Undead 4 | 1 | Rare patrol | | Dark Lord (Dark Lord) | 96 | Undead 4 | 1 | MVP |
Recommended level: 85 to 100.
Dark Priest is the main target. It uses magic attacks and is Undead 4, so Holy element weapons deal bonus damage. Bring something for Dark element (Holy, Ghost) for best results.

MVP: Dark Lord

Dark Lord (Dark Lord, Lv 96, Undead 4) spawns in the Churchyard. Respawn timer is approximately 60-70 minutes after death.
Dark Lord uses melee and magic attacks. It is Undead race and Undead 4 element -- Holy element does bonus damage. Keep Kyrie Eleison or high VIT to survive its hits.
Dark Lord drops:
Dark Lord Card (Dark Lord Card) reduces damage from all property attacks by a flat amount. It is one of the most universally useful defensive cards in the game and retains high value throughout all content tiers.

Notable Loot

  • Dark Lord Card (Dark Lord Card) -- reduces all-element damage, extremely sought after
  • Book of the Apocalypse -- from Dark Priest, a mid-tier weapon
  • Rosary -- from Dark Priest, accessory
  • Fabric -- from Wraith, used in crafting
  • Evil Bone Wand -- from Dark Lord MVP drop
