The application fee: Pay Mr. Smith 10,000 zeny plus one list of four monster drops and herbs (rarely a long list of 5 each of 17 items). Then he names your contact and a password. The usual lists: 6 Blue Herb, 10 Skel-Bone, 10 Decayed Nail and 10 Horrendous Mouth; or 10 each of Green Herb, Crab Shell, Snake Scale and Garlet; or 10 each of Yellow Herb, Bear's Footskin, Shell and Grasshopper's Leg.Mr. SmithIn-game screenshot coming soon.

The way back: Your contact sends you into the tunnels. Find the way back to the Rogue Guild (monsters live there), then talk to the Rogue Guildsman with no unused skill points to become a Rogue.
