The website logo no longer goes blank, and small wiki fixes

• Website: the ArionRO logo at the top of the site was sometimes empty until the site restarted (we saw it twice on 8 Oct); that is fixed, along with the cause, which could hit other site pictures too.

  The website makes smaller copies of its pictures the first time they are asked for. If the first visitor left the page while a copy was being made, that copy never finished, and everyone who asked for the same picture after that waited until the site restarted. That is what happened to the logo on 8 Oct. A copy now finishes even when its first visitor leaves, a stuck copy gives up after 15 seconds so the next visit makes a new one, and the logo is now a ready-made file.

  

• Small fixes: the 29 newest-class skill pages now show their skill icon; item pages call the effect toggle 'Show item effect data'; the pre-register email hint, the Privacy page and the Account and sign-in guide match the email-required sign-up; the Monthly Costume Box says server time (CET/CEST).

  The skill pages of the newest classes had an empty spot where the skill icon belongs; all 29 now show it, made from the game's own skill icon files. Item pages say "Show item effect data" on the toggle that opens the item's effect data, and the pre-register hint, the Privacy page and the Account and sign-in guide now say the email is required to sign up and what it is used for. The Monthly Costume Box page names the server time zone as CET/CEST.
