No more "Skill has failed." from Snatcher

Fixes

• Characters with Snatcher saw "Skill has failed." in the chat each time Snatcher's automatic steal on an attack found nothing, for example on the training dummies. That message no longer shows; Snatcher still steals as before.

  Snatcher tries to steal from the monster on some of your normal attacks. When the monster had nothing to steal, like the training dummies, every failed try wrote "Skill has failed." in the chat without saying which skill. Those lines no longer show. Other skills still say why they fail, and Snatcher still steals from monsters that carry items.
