Skill window: every 4th-class skill in its class tab

The skill window shows the newer 4th-class skills in their own class tab instead of Etc.

Fixes

  • The skill window now shows the newer 4th-class skills in their own class tab (35 skills of 19 classes, e.g. Meister, Biolo, Spirit Handler and Hyper Novice, were stuck in Etc), and an empty Etc tab no longer stays after a job change.
