Rush can be used on all weapons, except Bow

Weapons, and cannot be used with skills with
similar effects such as Two Hand Quicken,
Adrenaline Rush, One Hand Quicken, Solar,
Lunar and Stellar Shadow or Protection, Spear
Quicken or Impressive Riff.
