Refine Level +11:

Decreases SP Consumption of Rampage Blast by 15%.

Increases Damage of Rampage Blast and Ride in Lightning by additional 10%.

When equipped with Great Hero's Boots:

STR +10, ATK +7%.

For every 3 refine levels:
- +4% ranged physical damage
At refine +7 or higher:
- Rampage Blaster damage +10%
- Ride In Lightening damage +10%
At refine +9 or higher:
- Rampage Blaster cooldown -1 s
- Earth Shaker cooldown -1 s
At refine +11 or higher:
- Rampage Blaster damage +15%
- Ride In Lightening damage +15%
