Increases Ranged Physical Damage by 5%.

Refine Level +11:

Decreases Arrow Storm skill cooldown by 1 second.

- +5% critical damage
- Arrow Storm damage +20%
- Aimed Bolt damage +20%
For every 4 refine levels:
- +5% ranged physical damage
At refine +11 or higher:
