Database: training dummies tidied up

Website

• Database: the Training Dummy and Dummy pages no longer list the Training Ground fields as where they live; those fields cannot be entered.

The website database has 143 pages for Training Dummy and Dummy monsters (different sizes, elements, races and levels), and each one named a Training Ground field as the place where it lives. Those three fields are missing from the game client and no warp leads there, so you could never meet a dummy there. Their pages now say they are not found in the game world, and 120 of them no longer fill the monster list (the search still finds them).
