NPC menus: 12 cut-off choices now fit

• 12 NPC menu choices that the game cut off now fit: Reiji's note at the airship rope (Episode 19), Juncea, Horuru, Vellgunde, Hana the Sara Gand, the Vote Clerk and the Reckless Refiner. In the Iwin Patrol, the Mysterious young man now shows his full name.

  Some NPC menu choices were longer than the menu window, so the game wrapped them onto a second line or cut off the end. These 12 choices are now shorter and keep their meaning: the Reckless Refiner's first choice, for example, is now "Refine" with the same grey note after it. The Mysterious young man in the Iwin Patrol had a name longer than the game can show, so his name tag was cut short; it now shows in full.
