Clearer guild investment messages

• The weekly Abyss Gate investment broadcasts were bright red and hard to follow ("No. 8 Interim statement is now available..."). They now show as blue [WoE] lines in plain words and say where to find the Investment Status Board.

  Every week guilds invest in the castle fields of Valkyrie Realm, Greenwood Lake, Luina and Britoniah until Friday 12:00 server time (CET/CEST), and the field that invests the most opens the Abyss Gate. The server announces each step to everyone. These lines used to be bright red, numbered and vague. Now each step is a blue [WoE] line: when investing opens and where (the Cat Paw Merchant), each interim result ("interim result 3 of 12"), the extra vote when fields tie, and the final result, always naming the fields where the Investment Status Board stands.
