Quest details wrap beside the scrollbar

Fixes

• In the Quest Information window, a long description now wraps when the reward list makes the window scroll (the end of a line was hidden under the scrollbar).

  When a quest has enough rewards, its Quest Information window gets a scrollbar on the right. The description kept its full width, so the last word or two of a line slid under the scrollbar and could not be read. Now the text makes room for the scrollbar and wraps to the next line.
