Easier to read and tap on phones

Fixes

• Website: small labels in the database and rankings are easier to read on phones, map chips are easier to tap, and the top bar no longer shows page text through it.

  Labels such as Max Level, ATK and Base Lv were 10 px and are now 11.5 px. The map chips in the wiki (the ones that copy a /navi command) are 40 px tall on phones, and item links in wiki tables react to a tap a little above or below them. The bar at the top of the page is now solid while you scroll.
