Bound coins stay out of the guild storage, refine ticket names

Changes

• Guild storage: Hunting Coins, Veil Essence I, II and III, World Boss Sigils and MVP Footprints can no longer be put in the guild storage. They are bound to your account: keep them in your bag or your own storage.

  These six coins and tokens are bound to your account: you cannot trade, drop or mail them. The guild storage was the one place where they could still move to another account, so it now refuses them with "This item cannot be stored." Your own storage still takes them.

  

• Item names: the refine tickets now show the same names as in the shops: +7 Weapon Refine Ticket, +7 Armor Refine Ticket, +9 Weapon Refine Ticket and +9 Armor Refine Ticket (before: "Safe to 7 Weapon Certificate" and so on). Nothing else about them changes.

  Your item list, the item tooltip and the website database now use the shop names for the four refine tickets. The tooltip also says where to use them: the Refine Master in Prontera (184, 177) refines the item you are wearing up to +7 or +9, and it cannot break.
