Refine help: lower Refine Supplier prices and a new Cash Shop Refine tab

• Refining: the Refine Supplier now sells ores and Blessings for far less (Enriched ores 5 Arion Coins, were 40), adds HD Carnium, HD Bradium and +7/+9 refine tickets, and shares one weekly limit with the Cash Shop's new Refine tab; all of it is account bound.

  Refine help is cheaper and now has two doors. The Refine Supplier in Prontera sells Enriched Elunium and Enriched Oridecon for 5 Arion Coins, HD Elunium and HD Oridecon for 10, HD Carnium and HD Bradium for 20, Blacksmith Blessing for 15, and +7 / +9 weapon or armor refine tickets for 25 / 60. The same 11 items are in the Cash Shop at the same price in Cash Points, 10 Cash Points for each Arion Coin. One weekly limit per account covers both: 5 Enriched ores, 3 HD Elunium/Oridecon, 1 HD Carnium/Bradium, 2 Blacksmith Blessings, and one refine ticket every 28 days. Take a ticket to the Refine Master in Prontera (184, 177) for a safe refine. Everything is account bound.
