ArionRO runs at 5x base and job experience. That is generous compared to classic servers, but leveling still takes real time. Expect to spend a few hours per bracket. Every level you earn here is yours.
💡Before you go hunting, join the Eden Group at the Eden Group Headquarters in Morroc fields () and pick up a mission. The Eden missions give extra EXP just for hitting a kill count on the monsters you were already going to fight.
Spot 1: Prontera Fields (Porings and Fabres)
Map:
Walk out of Prontera's south gate. You will land in this field instantly.
Monsters here:
- Poring (Poring) -- Level 1, Water element. 87 of them on this map. Extremely weak. Good for the first few minutes.
- Lunatic (Lunatic) -- Level 3, Neutral element. 67 on the map. Drops Clover, which is an Eden mission item and sells for decent zeny.
- Fabre (Fabre) -- Level 6, Earth element. 77 on the map. A step up from Porings. Good for levels 3 to 10.
- Pupa (Pupa) -- Level 4, Earth element. 20 on the map. Cannot attack you. Kill as many as you find for free EXP.
Why it is good: You spawn right here. The Kafra is inside the city gate, so you can restock potions quickly. No navigation required.
Class note: Every job class can work here. Novice players should stay on this map until level 8 to 10.
Spot 2: Prontera Fields (Stainers)
Map:
Walk east from Prontera or north from the first field. This map has a very dense Stainer spawn.
Monsters here:
- Stainer (Stainer) -- Level 21, Wind element. 188 on this map. This is the best flat EXP for levels 10 to 25.
- Creamy (Creamy) -- Level 23, Wind element. 40 on the map. Drops Powder of Butterfly, which sells well in the market.
Why it is good: Stainers have a very high spawn count and are Wind element, which is only resisted by Earth -- nearly all starting jobs deal Neutral damage and hit them at full value. No aggro, no confusion.
Class note: Archers and Mages can clear Stainers from a distance and move fast between kills. Swordmen can Bash them down quickly.
Spot 3: Prontera Culvert (Thief Bugs)
Map:
Enter from the south end of Prontera city. The culvert is a short dungeon, but floor 1 is safe for characters around level 18.
Monsters here:
- Thief Bug Egg (Thief Bug Egg) -- Level 20, Dark element. 106 on the map. Immobile, cannot fight back. High density, fast kills.
- Thief Bug (Thief Bug) -- Level 21, Neutral element. 40 on the map. Move and attack. Manageable for level 15 plus.
- Familiar (Familiar) -- Level 24, Dark element. 66 on the map. A bit harder. Come here when you can handle them.
Why it is good: Very high monster density in a small area. Thief Bug Eggs give free EXP without fighting back. Excellent for reaching level 25 quickly.
âš ï¸Familiars are Dark element. Holy Water and Acolyte skills do extra damage to them. Bring Antidotes in case you get poisoned by Thief Bugs.
