Random chance to inflict Level 2 Critical Wound on attacker when receiving physical damage.

What it does

Gains 2 SP for every enemy killed with a melee physical attack
Gains 2 SP for every enemy killed with magic
At refine +9 or higher:
- 0.5% chance to cast Critical Wounds Lv 3 when hit by a physical attack
- 0.5% chance to cast Critical Wounds Lv 3 when attacking
- 0.5% chance to cast Wide Bleeding Lv 2 when attacking
Otherwise:
- 0.2% chance to cast Critical Wounds Lv 2 when hit by a physical attack
