Increases Damage of Third Consecration and Third Punish by 8%.

For each 4 Refine Levels:

Increases Melee Physical Damage by 4%.

For every 4 refine levels:

- At enchant grade C or higher:
  - Second Faith damage +10%
  - Second Judgement damage +10%
