Decreases Cart Tornado skill cooldown by 1 second.

Decreases Variable Casting Time of Cart Boost by 100%.

When equipped with 2 types of Merchant Shadow, Alchemist Shadow and Genetic Shadow Equipment:

All Basic Stats +10

MaxHP +5%

MaxSP +5%

Ignores physical and magical defense of Normal class by 50%.
