A special energy was given to the circlet, which was made of ores and gemstones from the gaps of time by Hugin.

ATK +15

For each 3 Refine Levels:

Increases Damage of Arm Cannon and Vulcan Boost by 10%.

For each 4 Refine Levels:

Increases Ranged Physical Damage by 5%.

Refine Level +11:

Decreases After Skill Delay by 5%.

For every 2 refine levels:
- ATK +15
For every 3 refine levels:
- ASPD +2%
- Boost Knuckle damage +10%
- Arm Cannon damage +10%
For every 4 refine levels:
- +5% ranged physical damage
At refine +11 or higher:
- After-skill delay -5%
