Transformation success chance will be increased pereach Refine grade.

When you deal physical damage: 0.3% chance for 5 s:
- ASPD +2
- You look like Angeling for a moment
When you deal magic damage: 0.3% chance for 5 s:
- Variable cast time -50%
- You look like Angeling for a moment
